| Reverend Joanne Smith, An interfaith minister, spiritualist faith healer, founded the national organization Sanctuary of Light Healing and Spiritual Center; which now has Chapels in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Reverend Smith has been certified as a Spiritual Healer and Medium by the Spiritualist Mediums Alliance of the USA. Reverend Joanne moved to Florida from New York in 1994 to retire. After a near fatal accident and near death experience her angels told her it was now time to open a Chapel here. The Metaphysical Chapel was born. The philosophy of the Chapel believes in the oneness of all people to worship the God of their understanding in a loving environment. The Chapel welcomes all. Please check the Chapel schedule. Reverend Joanne is a member of I.C.A.R.E, a professional group of counselors and therapists who work with a blending of philosophies and alternative healing methods to create a holistic approach to spiritual and physical healing.
